What people usually ask us.

How much does it cost to start?

Nothing for 14 days: you can try any of the four plans free, no card needed. If you stay, you pay for the plan you choose.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Pick a plan, sign up for free without a card and you get 14 days with everything it includes. Payments aren’t open yet: we’ll email you when they are, and nothing is charged until you activate your plan.

Can I change plans?

Yes, from your dashboard. Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades apply at the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

What currency are prices in?

Euros, plus VAT. Billing will be managed through SoftwaLabs Pay (pay.softwalabs.com) and payments are processed by Stripe.

How often do you check my site?

Every minute, on all four plans. From Studio up, before alerting you about an outage we confirm it from other probes around the world.

How do alerts reach me?

By email, to 1–10 recipients depending on the plan (Solo 1, Studio 3, Agency 5, Business 10). Every plan also gets Telegram, phone alerts from the installable app, Slack, Teams, Discord and Google Chat, and alarm mode; from Studio, JSON webhooks (they work with Zapier and Make) and n8n too. You can delay the downtime alert by up to 5 minutes so blips of a few seconds don’t wake you up.

What is the Guardián?

Statistical anomaly detection. It learns what’s normal for each site by hour and weekday, and flags in your dashboard whatever goes off track: slowness, DNS, TTFB, errors or a site getting worse. From the Studio plan up.

What is the Live Monitor?

A run of back-to-back PageSpeed tests while you work on your site: Sprint (every 2 minutes for 1 hour) and Journey (every 15 minutes for 8 hours) on every plan; Fast (every 5 minutes for 4 hours) from Studio, and Day (every 30 minutes for 24 hours) on Agency and Business.

Can an AI assistant read my monitors?

Yes, on Agency and Business: a REST API and an MCP server so assistants like Claude can read your monitors, incidents and certificates.

Can I bring my monitors from UptimeRobot?

Yes. With a read-only UptimeRobot key you see your monitors before importing them and bring them over in a moment.
