Terms and conditions

Last updated: 13 October 2026. This is a translation; the Spanish version is the binding one.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the website monitoring service WatcherWolf (the “Service”), available at https://watcherwolf.com. The Service is owned by Joan Ribas, who provides it under the WatcherWolf brand; his full identification details are in the legal notice. In these terms, “the owner” means Joan Ribas.

2. Acceptance

By registering and using the Service you accept these terms in full. If you don’t agree with any of them, you should not use the Service.

3. Description of the service

WatcherWolf provides website monitoring tools that include:

  • Website availability (uptime) monitoring.
  • Performance analysis (PageSpeed).
  • SSL certificate monitoring.
  • Domain expiry tracking.
  • Email alerts and notifications.
  • Reports and statistics.

4. Registration and account

To use the Service you must create an account with truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

5. Plans and payments

The Service offers several subscription plans with different features and limits. Prices and features of each plan are published on the pricing page. Prices are stated and charged in euros (EUR) and do not include VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable. Billing is managed through SoftwaLabs Pay (pay.softwalabs.com, run by the same owner) and payments are processed by Stripe; card details never pass through our servers. Payments aren’t active yet. Each new account has a 14-day trial with no card, and nothing is charged unless you activate the subscription yourself. No minimum term and no cancellation fees.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only to monitor websites you own or are authorised to monitor.
  • Not use the Service for unlawful activities, attacks or any malicious purpose.
  • Not attempt unauthorised access to the Service’s systems.
  • Not deliberately overload the Service’s infrastructure.

7. Service availability

We do our best to keep the Service continuously available, but we don’t guarantee 100% availability. We may carry out maintenance that causes temporary interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption or failed alerts.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, you will lose access to the stored data according to the terms of your plan.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms. Changes will be notified and take effect from publication. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Contact
